New York Giants safety Deon Grant left tonight’s game against the Green Bay Packers after suffering what appeared to be a head injury. He was allowed back into the game after undergoing tests on the sideline.
The interesting thing about Grant’s situation, is that after the game he indicated that he had a slight concussion and that the Giants team doctors didn’t want him to go back into the game, but he argued with them to let him play.
“I was back there arguing with them,” said Grant. “I had to pass about a million tests before I got back in the game.”
I’m not sure at this point what the front office of the NFL will think about Grant possibly suffering a slight concussion and the Giants letting him back into the game.
