DeMarcus Ware unwilling to take a pay cut

On Monday Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware  clarified what he meant when he said he would be a “team player” when it comes to his contract for the 2014 season.  He made it clear he’s unwilling to take a pay cut.

“I said I’ll do whatever I need to do to maneuver some things to help the team out,” Ware said, via ESPNDallas.com. “I’m for that … A pay cut and a restructure are two different things, know what I’m saying?”

With the Cowboys expected to be way over the cap next season and Ware expected to account for $16 million of their cap,  that have a big decision to make.
