Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware had a simple response to all the talking the Giants have done so far this week.
“You know they have something to say every time we play them,” Ware said via ESPN.com. “They try to put the gas on the fire every time. It’s an NFC East game, that’s what we do.”
Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett hints that maybe the Giants talk a lot during the week to raise their intensity for the game.
“I don’t know there’s a correlation between what you say during the week and you’re intensity during the game,” Garrett said. “We’re getting ourselves ready to play this game. They’re a good football team. We have a great respect for their players, their coaches, their organization, and we’re going to prepare our best this week to play our best on Sunday.”
