Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall gave up two crucial catches to wide receiver Dez Bryant during Sunday’s loss to the Cowboys. The first catch by Bryant came in the first quarter when he was able to get behind Hall for a touchdown in the corner of the end zone. Then in overtime Bryant was left wide open on the sideline and made a catch to get the Cowboys in field goal range to win the game.
“I can’t point a finger at anybody but myself. The way I’m playing right now, they need to go and cut me, because I’m definitely not worth what I’m getting. It’s frustrating,” said Hall.
Hall clearly wants to remain a Redskin and he hopes they will keep him around for next season.
“Hopefully they see something in me and bring me back next year,” added Hall. “But the way things are going right now, I’m definitely not playing up to par.”
