According to Gregg Rosenthal of Pro Football Talk, Former Clemson defensive end Da’Quan Bowers had a rough pro day today.
Bowers struggled in his only opportunity to show the NFL scouts that he is healthy and ready to a difference maker at the next level. His forty time was in the 4.9 second range.
“He’s not ready. He was hobbling around out there. The shuttles were bad. There’s no way to sugarcoat it. He cost himself millions of dollars,” according to Rosenthal , one team said.
“He had a real difficult time bending. I question whether he will be ready,” said a source from Nolan Nawrocki of PFW.
Even though Bowers struggled he still has the chance to prove that he can be a great NFL player. The only problem is that he has more then likely dropped out of the top ten and it will cost him a lot of money.
