Damontre Moore plans on adding 15 pounds after shoulder surgery

Giants defensive end Damontre Moore isn’t very happy that he had to undergo offseason shoulder surgery.

“It sucked, I couldn’t get to sleep. It was horrible,” said Moore via the Newark Star-Ledger.

Moore plans on adding another 15 pounds of muscle this offseason.

“I want to get back as healthy as possible and pick up like 15 pounds of muscle,” he said.

Moore has been working his cardio until he can start lifting weights.

“I can do light stuff, I’m not cleared to lift weights yet but as far as the other stuff goes, I’m maintaining my cardiovascular strength and stuff like that. Just trying to enhance that part of the game so once I get cleared I can focus on the weights.”
