The Dallas Cowboys waived running back Tashard Choice who started for them just a week ago against the St. Louis Rams.
The Cowboys dumped choice so they could make room on their 53-man roster for linebacker Bruce Carter whose been activated from the physically unable to perform list. Carter is a rookie second round draft pick from this past April’s draft.
“I just want to say thanks to all the great Dallas Cowboy fans,” said Choice via Twitter. “My time in Dallas has come to an end and the best is yet come. God bless.”
After last week’s explosive performance by rookie DeMarco Murray, it made Choice even more dispensable.Follow PFZ on Twitter @ProFootballZone
