The Dallas Cowboys have cut veteran defensive end Igor Olshansky.
Olshansky signed a free agent deal with the Cowboys back in 2009 and has done well during his time in Dallas. My feeling is that the Cowboys are happy with their depth at defensive end and feel like they can move on without him.
Olshansky is a seven year veteran so he won’t have to clear waivers. He becomes a free agent immediately and one team that might be interested in acquiring him is the Washington Redskins.
