Vikings wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson told NFL.com that he’s going to be one of the top receivers in the NFL.
“I’m going to be a top-5 playmaker,” Patterson said. “I’m a playmaker, I like to make plays. Like I tell them, just get the ball in my hands I feel like I’m special with it. I just like to do special things with the ball.”
I love Patterson’s confidence, but he’s going to have to make a big jump from his rookie year in 2013 to this coming season if he wants to make anyone a believer in him. He didn’t start out his NFL career with a bang, but in all fairness most rookie receivers don’t.
