The Indianapolis Colts worked out former Lions running back Kevin Smith.
The Colts are in need of anther back since Donald Brown and Trent Richardson are the only two running backs on their roster now that Ahmad Bradshaw is on injured reserve.
Smith played for the Lions from 2008 to 2012. He’s recorded a total of 2,346 yards rushing and 17 touchdowns.
After battling injuries earlier on his career, Smith hasn’t been the same player, but can be a contributor as a situational player.
