Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder has been dealing with soreness in his knee throughout the week. The good news is that it seems like it’s been getting better as the week has gone on.
“It didn’t bother him very much on Monday, but it was really sore Wednesday,” said Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier, 1500ESPNRadio.com. “It was much better today. He didn’t have any inhibitions today. He was fine.”
Frazier says Ponder should be good to go for Sunday’s game against the Titans.
“I think he’ll be fine for Sunday,” Frazier said. “We just want to make sure we’re a little bit cautious because he’s a little bit sore. He’ll get some work (Friday).”
