On Thursday, tackle King Dunlap returned to the practice field for the San Diego Chargers. Dunlap resumed his role with the first-team upon return, although the U-T San Diego’s beat reporter, Michael Gehlken, says that Max Starks is still getting some first-team reps as well.
Max Starks now rotates for King Dunlap at first-team LT, stays in at LT when second-team line takes field.

Starks filled in for Dunlap in his absence but was reportedly struggling at the position. Starks was signed and was presumed by many he would easily earn the starting role over Dunlap but so far it has been the opposite.
Other notable injuries; receiver Vincent Brown, who missed all of last year with a broken ankle, missed practice on Thursday with a hamstring injury. On the bright side, linebacker Jarrett Johnson returned to practice after missing time with an undisclosed reason.
