According to Armando Salguero of he Miami Herald, Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake was a no-show for the first day of voluntary mini-camps on Tuesday.
Wake is looking for a new contract, since he’s only scheduled to make $615,000 in 2012.
The 30 year-old Wake is the Dolphins best pass rusher and has proven he can be a force at the NFL level after beginning his pro football career in the CFL.
Wake recorded 14 sacks in 2010 and 8.5 in 2011.
