According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed free agent wide receiver Vincent Jackson to a five-year $55.55 million deal with $26 million guaranteed . He’ll make $36 million in the first two years.
The addition of Jackson, gives quarterback Josh Freeman a true number one receiver that will help him continue to develop as a young signal caller.
The word around the league seems to be that the Buccaneers aren’t done spending. They’re still trying to sign guard Carl Nicks and possibly linebacker Curtis Lofton.Follow PFZ on Twitter @ProFootballZone
