Buccaneers’ recent transactions: Sign QB Dan Orlvosky and restructure CB Eric Wright

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed former Peyton Manning’s stand-in Dan Orlvosky and have restructured cornerback Eric Wright, having only played one season after signing his mega contract in the last offseason.

It was a no brainier Wright had to take a pay cut this season, after a sub par season and a 4 game suspension last year. Some believe that this will not effect the Buccaneers’ effort to try and trade for Darrelle Revis, even if they are unwilling to give up a first round pick.
