According to John Telich of FOX 8 in Cleveland, Browns defensive tackle Phil Taylor suffered an injury to his left pectoral muscle while working out at the team facility. There’s a good chance he tore the muscle. He’s scheduled to undergo an MRI in order to determine the severity of the injury.
As a key run-stopper on the Browns defense, Taylor recorded 59 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 4 sacks. Potentially losing him for the season would be a horrific blow to their defense.
