Earlier today we mentioned that Mike Klis of the Denver Post had reported that the Broncos were going to offer Peyton Manning around $60 million over five years with roughly $30 million guaranteed. Well now it looks like those numbers have changed.
Klis has now updated that same article and is saying that the Broncos are willing to offer Manning five years, $90 million. He’d also likely receive $61.8 million of the contract in first two years.
It’ll now be up to the Titans and 49ers as to whether they’re willing to offer Manning the same amount of money.
