During an interview with my FOX Chicago, Urlacher indicated that his injured knee is doing fine and he should be 100 percent healthy for next season.
Urlacher was asked how much longer he plans on playing and he indicated that he’ll keep on playing as long as he’s effective. He said that he wants to retire a Bear and that he plans on playing next season. Urlacher also didn’t rule out next season possibly being his last. He said if the Bears don’t want to re-sign him after next season or if it’s clear that he’s not that effective anymore, he’ll likely retire.
In the end, Urlacher stated that he’d like to play for another three to four more years. I believe he has at least two more season’s left in him.Follow PFZ on Twitter @ProFootballZone
