Houston Texans linebacker Brian Cushing suffered a torn ACL earlier this season. It typically takes about a year for a player to recover from such an injury.
Cushing’s recovery seems to be going great, he’s been off of crutches for the past 3-4 weeks and says he’s “pretty close to jogging.”
Cushing sounds like he’ll be ready to go for next season. The good thing is that he suffered the injury earlier in the season, rather than later. Which will help him be ready for training camp.
