According to Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times, Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall underwent a hip scope on Tuesday night.
“Just a little clean up,” Marshall said.
He’s had hip procedures in the past, but he insisted the injury isn’t an issue. He will not, however, defend his Pro Bowl MVP because he will not play in the NFL’s All-Star game later this month in Hawaii.
“No, I’m not going to play,” Marshall said.
