Houston Texans running back Arian Foster told Mike Freeman of Bleacher Report the back surgery he underwent wasn’t very serious and that he’ll have a career year in 2014.
Freeman says he believes Foster.
“I had a long conversation with Arian,” said Freeman. “His back surgery he told me wasn’t as bad as people portrayed it. He thinks he’s in for a real career big year. I sort of agree with him. They’re going to rely on him, the Texans are, very heavily.”
We know the Texans won’t be able to rely on whoever their starting quarterback is in 2014. It will be Foster’s offense.
