According to NBCSports.com, Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson says he has family members that are gay and he loves them very much, but when it comes to gay marriage he says “that’s not something I believe in.”
“I have relatives who are gay. I’m not biased towards them. I still treat them the same. I love ’em. But again, I’m not with that. That’s not something I believe in. But to each his own,” said Peterson on SiriusXM NFL Radio, per NBC Sports.
Gay marriage becomes legal on August 1st in Minnesota, in case Peterson was wondering.
