Adrian Peterson believes his knee is stronger than it was last season
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson says he’s feels like his surgically repaired left knee is even stronger than it was last season.
“I feel (the knee) is better than it was last year,” Peterson said, per the Pioneer Press.. “With that being said, I know that I’ve got a little ways to go to get to where I want to be.”
Peterson averaged 4.7 yards per carry last season and is now averaging 4.2 yards per carry so far this season. That’s not bad for a guy who tore his ACL less than a year ago. He still has 12 more games to get his average up.
